To access real-money games and betting markets on cb1111, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. cb1111 relies on the accuracy of this information to fulfil its obligations relating to identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming support.

You must not use a false name, provide fictitious details, or impersonate any other person when registering. cb1111 may cross-reference the information you provide against third-party identity databases. Any discrepancy between registration data and official documents may delay or prevent account verification.

Once registered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. cb1111 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

You agree to notify cb1111 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cb1111 will investigate all reported incidents and may temporarily suspend access to your account during such an investigation to protect your funds.

cb1111 reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. In such cases, any balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC checks.

cb1111 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the individual promotion page and the general bonus rules set out below.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, which is typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are listed on the promotions page. cb1111 reserves the right to modify game contribution rates at any time.

Bonus Abuse: cb1111 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of error-free plays. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and any related winnings voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. cb1111 is not responsible for notifying players of upcoming bonus expiry, though we may send courtesy reminders by email or SMS where possible.

cb1111 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bonus being applied to an account, cb1111 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly.

cb1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without advance notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in any of the prohibited activities described in Section 6, or where any other material breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the cb1111 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Players who are concerned about problem gambling are encouraged to explore self-exclusion options (see our Responsible Gaming page) before requesting a permanent account closure.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if it has not been accessed by a logged-in session for a continuous period of 12 months or more. cb1111 may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts following a minimum 30-day prior notice period. This fee will be deducted from any remaining balance. cb1111 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any fee is applied. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Return of Funds on Closure: Where an account is closed — whether by the player or by cb1111 — any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings under active investigation) will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to the completion of full KYC verification. cb1111 will not return funds to a payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the account holder.
